At Cheshire Grin we keep our program small so that we can make sure every cat and kitten in our care is getting the individualized attention that they deserve. Therefore we have a limited amount of British Shorthair & Scottish Fold kittens throughout the year.

 

In order to ensure they go to only the best of homes, we have a thorough screening process for anyone interested in our kittens, and to be considered for one you must fill out our adoption application to become pre-approved. If you are pre-approved you will then receive access to our exclusive Reserve a Kitten page to take the next steps towards bringing home your very own Cheshire Grin British Shorthair or Scottish Fold kitten! 

 

We will announce new litters on this page once the kittens are between 4 to 6 weeks of age. Kittens are released for reservation by our pre-approved applicants between 6 to 8 weeks of age. We may occasionally have an older kitten available as we will hold kittens longer for observation if we are considering keeping them back for our program. A notification will be sent to all of our pre-approved applicants via email when a new kitten is released for reservation.

Each kitten on this page will have their current "status" listed. The status meanings are as follows:

Not Yet Available - Kitten is younger than 8 weeks and has not been released for reservations yet. 

Available - Kitten is currently available for reservation by an approved applicant. 

Reserved - Kitten has been reserved by an approved applicant.

Under Cattery Observation - We are considering this kitten for our program, they may become available.

Stays With Us - Kitten will be staying at Cat's Pajamas as a future part of our program.
